    Declaration by Thomas Price of Chester, hosier, that whereas he had been granted permission by Edward Roberts of Chester, gent., to erect brickwork 32½ feet long on a wall belonging to the said Edward Roberts of Chester, gent., on the W. side of Northgate Street, then in the tenure of William Johnson, the said Thomas Price had now at his own cost caused two breaks to be made in a house erected by him to give light to the said Edward Robert's premises, and also promised to share the cost of a lead gutter to carry away water from Robert's property to his own.
