* Alan Court (Home Farm) on the corner of Mill Lane and Ponds Lane was owned by Mary Rippington but son Mark lived in it and worked the farm.
The Orchard was purchased by Richard (1772-1840) in 1818.  On his death it passed to his widow Mary who on her death in 1865 left it to her daughter Mary, wife of William Cannon.  She in turn left it to their daughter Mary Sims Honour.
Almonds on the corner of Elsfield Rd and Oxford Rd.  Owned by Mary but occupied by Henry.
Boults Farm was owned by brothers Charles and John but occupied by Richard (1823-1865).
Cross Farmhouse was purchased by one of the Rippingtons sometime in the 19th Century and farmed by them until 1885 when Edwin let it to the Haynes family who purchased it in 1920. Edwin lived at The Elms.
